Meadowbank House provides Bed and Breakfast for guests all year round including Christmas and New Year. We do not have a visitors lounge and we regret we are unable to take pets.

Accommodation comprises:

• 2 x En suite Double rooms
• 1 x En suite King Size double with Sea View
• 1 x En suite Super King double or Twin with Sea View
• 1 x En suite Twin room

All rooms are en-suite with complimentary shampoo/shower gel and hand wash, central heating, TV/DVD and complimentary tea and coffee.

Hair dryers and ironing facilities are available on request.

The Breakfast Room

Our sumptuous Scottish breakfast is served at individual tables in the peaceful surroundings of our conservatory overlooking the gardens with its variety of wild birds that visit us each day.

Should you fancy only a light breakfast to tide you over to your lunch, that’s fine. But if you want something more substantial then the full Scottish breakfast is the perfect way to start your day. Our menu gives you the option to have the breakfast that suits you.
